While we try our best to fix all electronic goods its not always possible as sometimes they are unrepairable or the cost to make the repair is uneconomical.

The Xbox as great as it is has many hardware/software issues that cause the console to either 3 red light, freeze, lose picture, 2 red light, 1 red light and E74. These are only a few of the issues we've came across in the past. Which we have either rectified or came up with a viable alternative.

As you can see the Playstation is also prone to hardware/software fault. As the Ps3 has the latest hardware technology sometimes the repairs can be costly. Not to worry though any work carried out by the team will only be done with your consent.

The DS is most commonly known for its hinge issues but that's not the only underlying issues with the DS. If you are having problems with your hand held even if it's not holding a charage as long as it should. Terms and Conditions
With all repairs carried out by our team we offer a 28 day guarantee, if the console breaks down again we will try our best to fix it only within the first 28 days. All consoles coming back must be of the same serial and have the novatekk warranty label intact. We do not offer money back only a part exchange exchange within the first 28 days if the console is unrepairable.
All consoles will come with a minimum fee even if no repair has taking place, as it can take sometime for our technicians to pin point the fault which wastes out time and money. These terms and conditions are in conjunction with your statutory rights.
